About

We build software together.

Vienta is a software company building custom software, web and mobile apps, e-commerce and automation. We start projects with questions, not code: what are we building, for whom, and why?

Our approach

A good software project starts by defining the right problem. That's why our first conversations are less about technology and more about your processes, users and goals.

Then we break the scope into small parts that each deliver value. You see the first working version sooner and steer with real user feedback.

Our principles

Our working principles

Four principles that shape how we work, how we decide and how we collaborate.

  1. Transparency

We say clearly what we're doing, why, and how long it will take. We never pretend to know something we don't.

  2. Simplicity

We build the simplest solution for today's needs while leaving the door open for tomorrow's.

  3. Ownership

We treat your project like our own product and stand behind it after launch.

  4. Measurability

We judge success with measurable signals such as speed, error rates and usage, not guesses.

Project management

Communication and project management

We set up a clear working rhythm so you always know where the project stands.

  • One point of contact

A single person who follows the project end to end and answers your questions.

  • Regular demos

At the end of short development cycles we review the working version together.

  • Shared task board

See which task is at which stage whenever you want.

  • Written decisions

Key decisions and scope changes are recorded, so there are no surprises.

Our process

How we work together

  1. 01

    Discovery

We listen to your needs, clarify the scope and give you a written proposal.

  2. 02

    Design

We plan the interface and technical architecture and present the screens for your approval.

  3. 03

    Development

We build in agile cycles and share working releases in a test environment.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We launch your application and stay with you through documentation and a maintenance plan.

Quality and sustainability

Quality and long-term maintenance

Software isn't finished on launch day; it evolves as it's used. That's why we aim for testable code, readable documentation and repeatable setup from day one.

After launch we help keep your system healthy with security updates, monitoring, backups and performance improvements. Scope and response times are clearly defined in the maintenance agreement.

  • Testable code

Critical flows are covered by automated tests, and code is written to be readable and reviewable.

  • Documented setup

Documentation and a repeatable setup mean another team can take the system over.

  • Maintenance after launch

Security updates, monitoring and backups, with scope and response times written into the maintenance agreement.

We don't use invented testimonials, logos or numbers on our site. The work on the projects page consists of clearly labelled concept projects.
