Planned product experience

From sale to delivery, your store under your control.

Your products, stock, orders and customers in one panel. Compare packages and prices, try the themes in working demo stores; until online purchase opens, setup starts with a demo request.

  • Stock per variant
  • Order and shipping tracking
  • Theme editor
  • Team support during setup
Sample interface
Sample order panel interface: a navy side menu, status tabs and a table listing order numbers and product thumbnails with statuses such as Preparing, Shipped and Delivered.

Separate stock for every size and colour.

For products with options such as size and colour, each option keeps its own stock per warehouse. You see a sold-out option right away.

Each size and colour keeps its own stock; you are alerted when an option runs low.

  • Bulk product import

Import products in bulk from a CSV file with field mapping, a pre-check and row errors.

  • Categories and collections

Organise products into categories and collections to make browsing easier.

  • Product images and descriptions

Add several images, a description and search engine details to each product.

Take the order. Prepare it. Ship it.

Follow orders from one screen: payment status, preparation and shipping steps sit on the same record, and your customer is informed at each step.

  • Payment status

See on the order whether payment was received, is pending or failed; check it manually when needed.

  • Shipment tracking

The tracking number is added to the order so your customer can see where it is. With the carrier connection, labels come from the panel too.

  • Order cancellation

Handle cancellation requests; cancelled items return to stock and your customer is informed.

Follow returns in the same place.

Track your customers' return requests step by step: the request, the item reaching you, the inspection and the outcome.

A return request is not an automatic refund.

The refund is a separate step, made with your approval through your payment provider once the item has reached you and been checked.

Connect payments, shipping and invoicing.

Follow every step of an order on one screen: payments, shipping and e-invoicing connect with your store's own accounts.

  • Payments

Connect your store's PayTR account; a payment lands on the order once a signed notification verifies it.

    Coming soon
  • Shipping

The carrier and tracking number are added to the order and your customer sees the tracking link. With the carrier connection you also get labels from the panel.

    Ready
  • Invoicing

e-Archive and e-Invoice documents are issued with your Paraşüt account; the number and PDF are linked to the order.

    Coming soon

Payments your store takes from its own customers go to your payment provider account. The subscription and theme fees you will pay Vienta are a separate process.

A store design that adapts to you.

The theme editor lets you change your store's look without writing code: reorder sections, set colours and fonts for your brand, see changes in a draft first and return to the previous publication if needed.

  • Reorder sections

Change the page layout with drag and drop.

  • Set colours and fonts

Create a look that matches your brand identity.

  • Preview on phones too

Check changes in desktop and phone views.

  • Save as a draft, publish when ready

Your live store does not change until you publish.

Let's bring your store to life together.

The setup flow, step by step.

  1. 1. Create your account

Start your store subscription with your Vienta customer account.

  2. 2. Set up your store

Choose a theme, make the basic settings and add your products.

  3. 3. Connect your services

Connect your payment, shipping and invoicing providers.

  4. 4. Go live

When you are ready, connect your domain and publish your store.

We move your products and images. Then we check the links together.

Import products and variants from CSV with field mapping, a pre-check and row errors. What can be moved depends on the source platform; we make no unproven promise that nothing is lost, and after the move we check addresses and links with you.

Talk to us about migration

With you at every step.

From setup to daily use, our team will be there for you. Support requests are opened and followed in the customer portal that Vienta customers already use today.

Go to the customer portal

Your data stays yours.

Export your product, order and customer data as permission-limited CSV files. Changing themes or leaving the platform does not lock in your data.
