AI tasks do not run until the provider account is connected; the prices and rules on this page are the ones that will apply then.

Translation
Source and target language, a glossary and preserved formatting. Prices and stock never change in a translation.
Blog, campaign and e-mail drafts
Drafts for your goal and brand voice with real product links. Nothing is published or sent without your approval.
Bulk catalogue enrichment (AI Pro)
Descriptions, search copy or translations for the products you select in one job: total credits up front, a result per product; at approval the current text sits next to the draft.
Explaining your sales summary (AI Studio)
The last 30 days' figures are calculated by the system; the model only receives aggregates and never invents numbers. Without cost data there is no profit commentary.
Bulk catalogue jobs: up to 25 products per job on AI Pro and 100 on AI Studio; the total credits are shown first, products are written one by one, the waiting ones can be stopped and each product has its own result. The panel assistant answers only from published help articles and names them; when the articles do not cover a question it does not guess and no credit is spent.

- Every output is a draft; applying it to a product, publishing or sending it needs a team member's approval.
- Bulk approval lists the products that will change beforehand.
- AI has no access to prices, stock, orders, returns or payments; it cannot give discounts or refunds.
- Instructions inside product texts are not trusted; the output is always only a draft.
Data and usage
- No raw personal data or order lists are sent to the model; e-mail addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and card-like numbers are masked.
- Each store's usage records are separate; one store's content never enters another store's request.
- An exact credit quote is shown before a task starts and never increases afterwards. A failed task costs no credits.
- If the current exchange rate or model price is unavailable, no new paid task starts.
