Get labels from your panel, have tracking numbers land on the order, create return labels from the panel.

You prepare the shipment with parcel weights and dimensions; the label comes from the carrier and the tracking number lands on the order. Your customer is e-mailed when it is handed over; delivered, could not deliver and returned to sender come from tracking. Approved returns get a return label.

Limits
- No charge is shown unless the carrier reports it; no price or volumetric promise without an agreement.
- Repeating a request creates no new label or charge (request key).
- Until the connection opens, get the label in your carrier's panel and add the tracking number to the order.

Where fees come from
- The provider's fees and commissions depend on your own agreement with the provider.
- Whether Vienta charges a separate module fee has not been decided.
